March 2026–present
Blue Cross Life acquisition integration
Leading integration of The Standard’s Canadian voluntary benefits business. Connects business, legal, operational and technology workstreams, coordinates dependencies and surfaces risks and decisions. Integration continues following the July 2026 transfer.
January–July 2026
Yukon National Pharmacare
Led Pacific Blue Cross’s implementation work against a fixed federal timeline, helping shape an achievable solution and coordinate cross-organizational responsibilities and dependencies. The PBC-side engagement concluded in July 2026.
November 2024–March 2026
D.A. Townley business wind-down
Led execution of a Board-approved operating shutdown across client transitions, workforce, legal, privacy, technology and finance. Active operations ceased on schedule and materially under budget, with all clients transitioned to new administrators.
January 2023–December 2024
Pacific Blue Cross business continuity
Led internal work with Deloitte on enterprise and departmental plans across approximately 30 departments. Coordinated annual three-hour leadership tabletop exercises to test assumptions and refine plans.
2020–2023
Blue Cross Life National Collaboration Opportunity
Led a multi-year Individual Life initiative across BCL, regional Blue Cross organizations and an external partner, from opportunity assessment through national launch, optimization and transition to ongoing operations.
2019–2021
Pacific Blue Cross governance implementation
Coordinated Board members, executives and counsel through bylaw reform approved at a December 2019 special general meeting. Led voting-platform implementation and the first online AGM; coordinated successful voting use in 2021 with the Corporate Secretary.
